Session plan: After reading the story students discuss their favorite foods, healthy foods and how food can affect their body. They identify foods they should eat every day and those they should only eat occasionally.
Additional activities are unscrambling food words and a picture matching game. A copy of the "My Pyramid For Kids" and a list of related children's books are included.
